お正月も過ぎ　お休み気分も落ち着いた頃だと思います。

★ARCは常識の範囲で
○各トーナメントの上位が決勝ラウンドへ

今回の特別ルール
★予選は3試合組まれる予定です
すべての試合で違うボードを使用してください。
（1試合中の2～3ゲームは申告済みの同じボードとなります）
大会エントリーと同時に使用ボードを申告してください。

[[[ TEN.KA.ICHI 2013 - One-On-One Tournament ]]]

The first tournament of the Year of the Snake, 2013, will be a one-on-one format to decide SIMball's strongest player! We've named this clash of the titans "TEN.KA.ICHI" -- which means peerless, unrivaled and unequaled in Japanese. In January 2012, Dizzy and Tomato fought it out in the final. They had a close and hotly contested match, and finally Dizzy clinched the title! In 2013, which player will come out on top and claim bragging rights for the entire year?

Special rules;
Single combat. Players fight 3 trial heats (each heat is 3 games, for 9 games in total per match) and must use a different board in each heat, unless they use a basic board, which can be used for as many heats as a player chooses. The Vortex board is banned for this tournament. Players must declare their 3 boards in advance.

Games start at 5:00 a.m. PST (10:00 p.m. JST), or 5:30 a.m. PST (10:30 p.m. JST).
The place is not yet decided.
The full quota is 24 players. Please send a notecard like the one below to obi Galli by the deadline, 14 January. Your early entry would be appreciated.

Basic Rules;
1 game is set for 5 minutes. Only games in the final heat are set for 10 minutes. Best 2 out of 3 games wins the heat, and best 2 out of 3 heats wins the match. Players should be "0 script".
